Hot Crab Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 pound cooked crab meat or 1 (6-ounce) can crab meat, drained
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 teaspoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup diced onions
Baguette bread


Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. If using fresh crab meat, carefully clean the crab meat of any shells or cartilage.

In an ungreased small 2-cup baking dish, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, artichoke hearts, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, and onion.

Bake, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from oven and serve immediately with warm sliced baguette bread.

Makes 10 servings.
