Gorgonzola Cheese with Honey

A very simple and utterly spectacular appetizer!  Serve with a port wine or any dessert wine.

Gorgonzola Cheese with Honey

1 ounce good-quality gorgonzola cheese per serving
Good quality honey

Cut the gorgonzola cheese into sticks. Place two sticks of cheese on each individual plate in some kind of fancy arrangement.

Drizzle with honey and serve.
