Grilled Beef Kabobs Recipe
Recipe Type:

& Grilling, Entree
Yields: 16 beef skewers
Prep time: 20 min
Cook time: 10 min
Ingredients:
2 pounds beef sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
Teriyaki sauce (either purchased or homemade)
Small whole boiling onions
Green peppers, cut into quarters
Mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes
Zucchini
chunks Hot cooked rice
Preparation:
In a large shallow bowl, combine steak pieces and teriyaki sauce; stir until well coated. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat barbecue grill.
Remove steak pieces from marinade with a slotted spoon; drain. Thread steak pieces onto metal skewers; alternate with the different vegetables
of your choice.
Place onto hot grill and cook until done to your preference, basting with the teriyaki sauce. Remove from grill and serve over hot cooked rice.
Makes 4 servings.
