Orange Sunshine Smoothie
1/2 cup
orange juice
1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup crushed (or cubed) ice
1 tablespoon Splenda*
* Splenda is the trade name or the dietary
sweetener sucralose. This non-calorie sweetener is derived from sugar.
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend at high speed
for 30 to 45 seconds.
Makes 1 serving.
