Orange Sunshine Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup crushed or cubed ice
1 tablespoon Splenda*

* Splenda is the trade name or the dietary sweetener sucralose. This non-calorie sweetener is derived from sugar. You may substitute your favorite sweetener.


Preparation:

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend at high speed for 30 to 45 seconds.

Makes 1 serving.
