Cucumber-Caviar Sauce Recipe

Recipe Type: Condiments & Sauces, Caviar, Cucumbers
Yields: 1 1/2 cups
Prep time: 10 min


Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream
Juice from one freshly-squeezed lemon

1 cup finely chopped, seeded and peeled cucumber
4 ounces black
caviar (type of caviar your choice)


Preparation:

In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, and chopped cucumber until well blended.

Store, covered, in refrigerator until ready to use.

To serve, gently stir in caviar.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
