Dill Sauce

A very easy-to- make gourmet dill sauce that goes well with any type of seafood.


Dill Sauce

2 cups sour cream*
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon or more dill weed
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon capers

* I like to use light sour cream

In a medium-size bowl, sour cream, Dijon-style mustard, salt, white pepper, dill weed, fresh lemon juice, and capers.  Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Makes 2 cups.
