Answers: Do what the bakery and stores do, use your knife and cut it level. Completely cool cake layers before frosting them and brush off all loose
crumbs from the sides and bottom of each layer. If you refrigerate the cake for
at least 1/2 hour before frosting, it becomes even more crumb resistant. |
