Dill Mustard Sauce is delicious and there is something about dill that really compliments the delicate flavor of salmon. It is also excellent with beef preparations and other fish and chicken dishes. Dill mustard sauces is also delicious as a vegetable dip or sandwich spread. Once I started making my own condiments I avoid buying them at the store. Every dish you make tastes so much better with fresh homemade condiments. Be creative!
