Linda's Teriyaki Sauce

Yields:
1 cup

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon vegetable or
olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
2 tablespoons red
wine
Garlic powder to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
2 green onions, finely chopped
Preparation:
In a medium bowl, combine vegetable oil, soy
sauce, cider vinegar, and red wine. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, water,
ginger, and green onions. Stir until well blended.
Store, covered, in the refrigerator until read
to use.
Makes approximately 1 cup.
