Fill each cocktail glass halfway with ice cubes.
Pour 2 ounces of the Bacon Infused Vodka and 4 ounces of the Bloody Mary Mix into each serving glass. Stir to combine.
Garnish each drink with a slice of crisp bacon, celery stalk or dill pickle spear, and either a pickled green tomato, spicy green bean. You could add all the garnishes and make it a meal!

There really isn't much work to make Bacon Infused Vodka. All you do is add some slices of cooked bacon to some vodka and let marinate or infuse for a week. What could be easier? This vodka takes the classic Bloody Mary up a notch!
Place the cooked bacon strips into the jar of your choice. Fill the jar with vodka so that the bacon is completely submerged. Screw the lid on tight. Refrigerate until the vodka reaches the desired level of infusion, at least 3 days and up to 1 week. Of course you will need to do some taste testing!
After 1 week, remove the infused vodka from the refrigerator and remove the bacon. Discard the bacon or eat it, if you desire.
You will notice that small droplets of bacon fat have separated and floated to the top of the vodka. To remove the bacon fat, use a funnel with 2 or 3 coffee filters. Pour the cold Bacon Infused Vodka through the filter to catch any droplet of fat; discard the filter with the bacon fat. Repeat the filter process again to obtain a clear pale yellow vodka.
Store the infused bottle in the refrigerator.
You are now ready to make your Bacon Infused Bloody Mary (see recipe above).
* The is not the exact amount of vodka used as the bacon takes up some of the volume. Save the remaining vodka or another use, or drink it if you are so inclined.
