Simply Strawberries

A very simple and elegant way to serve strawberries. It will remind you of cheesecake. Everyone that I serve this very easy-to-make strawberry dish, to goes "wild" over it.

Simply Strawberries

Fresh strawberries, washed and dried
1 cup sour cream or creme fraiche
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Arrange strawberries in a large bowl or arrange on a large platter.

Put sour cream and brown sugar into two small bowls.

To serve, let each guest dip a strawberry into sour cream and then into brown sugar. ENJOY!
