Peaches and Cream Custard 4 to 5 peaches, peeled, pitted, and halved 1 cup sugar 3 eggs 1 cup heavy cream or sour cream 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Have a pie plate, cake dish, or square baking dish ready. Place peach halves tightly together in one layer into pastry-lined plate. In a medium bowl, beat eggs with a whisk. Add sugar, heavy cream or sour cream,
and vanilla extract; whisk until thoroughly blended.
