Making a Black Diamond Steak is more of a technique that a cut of meat. Since the meat is marinated in the sauce for a long time, I would probably use a more inexpensive cut of steak like sirloin. 


Black Diamond Steak Marinade

2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
Pinch of garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together. Score steak on both sides. Marinate in above mixture 8 to 10 hours. Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side.
