- 2 slices white bread
- 1 slice Gorgonzola Cheese, mild
- 1 teaspoon honey
Spread the honey on one (1) side of each piece of bread and then place the gorgonzola cheese on top of the honey.
Cut each piece of bread into triangles or squares. Toast a few minutes on a grill or in the oven, and serve warm.
