To make Pomegranate Juice, cut a ripe medium-sized pomegranate in half and squeeze with any conventional juicer or press. If necessary, also strain the juice through a mesh strainer.
Each Pomegranate should yield about 4 ounces (1/2 cup) of juice.
* Pomegranate Juice may be purchased at most grocery stores and also on line.
