Frosted Date Cream Cookies are very moist, chewy, and delicious. If you are a date lover you should try this recipe. Dates are very versatile food that significantly boosts energy levels in people within half an hour of consuming them. It is no wonder that dates are highly recommended as part of a healthy diet. My mother must have known something about the health benefits of dates.
Mom used to make these frosted date cream cookies for me when I was younger. I recall her Betty Crocker cookbook propped up on the counter as she would chop the dates and bake these delicious cookies.
