Creole Tartar Sauce Recipe

Creole Tartar Sauce is an easy-to-make recipe and tastes so much better than any tartar sauce that you can buy at a store.  Once I got started on making my own condiments, I now avoid buying them at the store.  This save space in the refrigerator and makes your food taste so much better when you make your sauces fresh.

This Creole Tartar Sauce recipe uses coarse stone ground mustard, a New Orleans favorite.  To take this sauce over the top make and use your own homemade mayonnaise instead of mayo from a jar.  This creole tartar sauce tastes delicious on crab cakes or fried cat fish and is a definite must try.    Check out Linda’s Butters, Condiments, Sauces, Relish & Jelly Recipes for more great ideas.
