In Italian, spazzacamino means chimney sweep, ashman, and chimney sweeper.

- 1 large scoop quality vanilla ice cream*
- 1 tablespoon good (15 ml) Scotch whiskey**
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) espresso coffee beans, extremely finely ground
Place the ice cream in a bowl or large wine glass. Pour the Scotch whisky over the top of the ice cream and sprinkle with the ground coffee.
Alternative Idea: Replace ground coffee with freshly-ground black pepper. Use about 6 grinds per portion.
Makes 1 serving - multiply recipe as needed.
* Be sure and use a top-quality (premium) ice cream and scotch whisky when making this dish.
** Use blended scotch rather than single malt.
*** I have substituted finely-ground regular coffee beans and even instant coffee powder in a pinch.
