Gelato Spazzacamino

1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon Scotch whisky
1/2 teaspoon extremely finely ground espresso coffee beans*

* We have substituted finely ground regular coffee beans, and even instant coffee in a pinch.

Place the ice cream in a bowl or large wine glass, pour the Scotch whisky over the top of the ice cream, and sprinkle with the ground coffee.

Alternative Idea: Replace ground coffee with freshly ground black pepper. Use about 6 grinds per portion.

Makes 1 serving.
