Ingredients:
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon (15 ml) Scotch whisky
1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) extremely finely-ground espresso coffee beans*
* I have substituted finely-ground regular coffee beans and even instant coffee
powder in a
pinch.
Preparation:
Place the ice cream in a bowl or large wine glass, pour the Scotch whisky over the top of
the ice cream, and sprinkle with the ground coffee.
Alternative Idea:
Replace ground coffee with freshly ground black pepper. Use about 6 grinds per portion.
Serve immediately.
Makes 1 serving - Multiply recipe as
needed.
