- 1/2 cup orange juice, fresh-squeezed
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt, non-fat
- 1/2 cup ice, crushed or cubed
- 1 tablespoon Spenda*
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend at high speed for 30 to 45 seconds.
Makes 1 serving.
