Questions and Answers – Large Over-Sized Lasagna Pan

I need a Large Over-Sized Lasagna Pan. I recently got a recipe for lasagna that requires a 12-inch x 24-inch baking dish. I have searched high and low for this size and come up with nothing. Any ideas or suggestions where i can find a pan or dish this size? Any alternatives that you can suggest? Please reply. Thanks – Fran Eldridge (8/12/01)

A 12-inch x 24-inch is a large baking dish. I have used a roasting pan to do large amounts of lasagna? You could also bake your lasagna in two (2) different lasagna or baking dishes?
