Aioli Fusion Mayonnaise Sauce is an excellent garlic sauce with a little “zip” that is great served as a dip with poached fish, crab cakes, or a spread on sandwiches. Aiolo simply means mayonnaise season with garlic. Karen likes to serve this delicious sauce with her Crab Cakes with Tomato Corn Salad.
