Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup orange juice,  fresh-squeezed
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt, non-fat
  • 1/2 cup ice, crushed or cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Spenda*
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.  Blend at high speed for 30 to 45 seconds.
