Hi there!  I'm doing research for a company called Kerry Ingredients and need to find out as much as possible about bouillons, whether that be website addresses or just an outline of what a bouillon consists of.  Absolutely any information sent would be greatly appreciated! - Nicola Pinnington (1/25/01)

Court Bouillon - A poaching liquid for fish whose ingredients usually include water, vinegar or wine, diced vegetables, and seasonings.
