This is a great make-ahead sauce, the flavors blend for a richer flavor when they sit over night. Using a low-fat or no-fat sour cream is a great way to make this a healthy dill sauce and it still has a great taste. Another variation is to use a non-fat greek yogurt in place of the sour cream. This gives the sauce a rich full taste with no fat.
