Dill Sauce is a very easy-to-make delicious gourmet sauce that goes well with any type of seafood. My favorite dish to use this sauce is baked or poached salmon. This is a great make-ahead sauce, the flavors blend for a richer flavor when they sit over night. This sauce is subtly seasoned so that it doesn’t overpower the delicate salmon flavor. Using a low-fat or no-fat sour cream is a great way to make this a healthy dill sauce and it still has a great taste. Another variation is to use a non-fat greek yogurt in place of the sour cream. This gives the sauce a rich full taste with no fat. Check out Linda’s Butters, Condiments, Sauces, Relish & Jelly Recipes for more great ideas.
