Grilled Balsamic Chicken Dinner Menu
Grilled Balsamic Chicken Dinner Menu has every course cooked outdoors on your barbecue grill. Imagine cooking all the dinner entrees on your outdoor grill and take all the mess out of your kitchen! You and your guests can sip on their favorite beverages while you barbecue each course. Be sure to have all the ingredients for every course prepared for grilling in advance. This is called Mise en Place.
Mise en Place (MEEZ-ahn-plahs) – French culinary term that means “everything in its place.” This culinary term refers to purchasing, preparing, and pre-measuring all the ingredients necessary for a dish before you start cooking. Besides making your life easier by having all your ingredients in one place, you can check that you have everything you need before you start cooking. If you practice this easy technique and “put everything in place” before you get started cooking, your dishes will come out better, and you will actually enjoy the act of cooking more than ever.
1st Course – Appetizer:

2nd Course – Salad:
Smoky Grilled Caesar Salad
I have seen many recipes for grilled Caesar Salad lately, and I was wondering what was all the fuss? Why would someone want to eat grilled wilted lettuce? I decided to try grilled lettuce for myself and I was amazed at the wonderful flavor that charring and adding a touch of smoke will add to this salad. It is a whole new flavor experience! We had one sensational salad with our dinner! Try it out for yourself.
I have used my delicious low-fat version of Caesar Salad Dressing in this fantastic Smoky Grilled Caesar Salad. I promise you that your guests will never know the difference! I make this low-fat version all of time. No one seem to know that I have reduced the fat and calories.

Parmesan Pepper Bread
This bread recipe is outstanding and everyone loves it! Parmesan cheese and black pepper give this bread a delicious and distinguished flavor.
